• We will pre-authorize your credit card up to $250 as a security deposit.
• Reservations made by one or more individuals or by an agency on this site, on behalf of one or more proposed guests, and involving more than four (4) rooms at the same property for the same period of stay, must be made directly through the Sosuite Guest Experience team. If more than four (4) rooms at the same property for the same period of stay are booked through any other method, we reserve the right to cancel or impose additional requirements on such reservations.
• Please note that we do not accept any packages or deliveries on behalf of guests. We recommend making alternative arrangements for any personal shipments during your stay.
• For your and our communities' safety, all guests must consent to our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that Sosuite may perform a background screening during the booking confirmation process.
